Charles Tilley


became chair of the Professional Accountants in Business (PAIB) Committee in January 2014, after being nominated by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants(CIMA). He is a former member of the IFAC Board. Mr. Tilley is chief executive of CIMA where he has been instrumental in successfully launching the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation with CIMA’s joint venture partner the American Institute of CPAs. Prior to joining CIMA, Mr. Tilley was group finance director at investment banks Hambros and Granville Baird. He also spent 14 years at KPMG, where he was a partner.
